Tier 2 processing time

Hi can anyone share their similar experience .. I have applied for tier2 change of employement on 14 august 2013. I gave biometric on 29th august but still I have not received anything from ukba.. Can you please help me out how long they take time and share your experience if you have similar to mine. Thank you
