EEA4 APPLICATION

Hi All,
My History;
2006 came as student
2008 married to eea national
2011 Divorced
2012 Retain the right as eea partner
16 May 2013 Applied for PR
I am still waiting for my application to be decided, its 5 months now.
Can someone tell me how long Home Office will take further?
Do they decide the application within 6 months these days ?
