Childs Name in Wifes Passport

Hello,

I was invited to lodge a visa application under SkillSelect. The question I have is regarding my child's ( 1 year ) details. She is included in my wife's passport with the initials only. For example Susan Nancy Smith is entered in the passport (wife's) as Smith S N. Will this cause a problem?
