asked for birth certificate!

Hi all

I applied for tier 4 extension October 29 2013. Did my bio meric November 07 2013. TodayI got a mail from homeoffice asked me to send my birth ccertificate!
I don't know why they need my birth certificate. They give me 10 working days. If anyone knows why they asked for this document?

It's evidence of your relationship with your parent(s), if you are using money held by your parent(s) (13B(a)(i)).

I used my own name bank statements!

Against all odds, could it be that the name & d.o.b are identical with those of another applicant in their database? IMO

your date of application will be consider when you submit your required documents........so make sure submit your documents before the end of your current visa otherwise you will be considered over stay.....
