Can absence letters be general?? (T1G)

Post by jork » Sun Feb 09, 2014 1:12 am

Most of the letter templates here have the employer sign off on every date.
Does anyone know for sure if a general letter is acceptable - something like:

"I can confirm that jork has been employed full-time from Date X-Y.
He has been out of the UK for (bus trip 1 & 2).
All other absences are leave related"

I am about a Tier 1 G->ILR application, with around 100 days absence a year or less
