Rehan if you dont mind, could you please tell what this genuine ent test is about?

Since I made my own business plan which is only 19 pages and market research 10 pages and submitted them with my application, I am a little concerned as it does not look like a professional bp. Do they grill the applicants on business plan?

In regards to ur question if u have done 19 pages details bp and market research thn i cant c any probs but again its all depends how good ur case worker is and how good he analyse the application.

just to update on my appeal decision, today I finally received the determination letter and Alhamdulillah its allowed under the Immigration rules. No anonymity direction is made.

The Exact wording were "In the circumstances therefore, having considered all of the documentary evidence submitted and the oral evidence of the both Appellants I am satisfied that they have genuinely established the business (Business Name) and genuinely intend to invest £50,000 into that business"

Decision:
The appeals under the immigration rules are allowed.

Fee Award:
I have allowed the appeal on the basis of evidence before the Respondent at the date of the decision and I allow each Appellant fee award of £140.

from the above decision what I understand is that appeal allowed and Judge simple ask to issue the visa instead of instructing HO to reconsider or remit the application and make new application. what do you guys think?

any view or thoughts are welcome.
