Hello Gurus,

I have a situation here...need your expert opinion.

I have an expired H1B petition with validity date 10/01/2008 till 09/15/2011. I did not go for visa stamping and never travelled to US in my life so far.

I recently came to know that anyone can revive their expired H1B petitions approved in the last 6 years. Is that true? Can someone explain what are the possible options available to reactivate my H1B petition?
