You will have to declare them, as they will find out about your convictions. If I were you I would declare them. No point in avoiding answering that question, they will find out very fast.

I thicked no to all questions - and I had 1 speeding fine in 2005, one fine for using my mobile in 2011 and parked on double yellow lines. Got my passport beginning of August 2014. I paid them ASAP never been to court. So I would tick NO.

On the application for a green card it asks the employer what are the credential for the prospective non eea employee.

sorry - yes I'd say they will accept it - you can either ring and ask them or send them in and hope for the best - in case they dont accept it they will let you know.

I have sent my application to them on the 14th of July, received on the 15th of July, and still at the received status today the 30th of July 2014.

I posted all the details on the 14th of July 2014. I am still waiting for mine. On their website it says it will be printed on the 28th of July 2014.

Do you mind me asking how long it took for you to receive it from the time you posted all your documents?

Hey, just have a quick question with regards to the time it took for the passport to be issued once you have sent all documents especially during the summer months when it’s meant to be busier? I have submitted mine on the 14th of July 2014.

No you wont miss the ceremony, it also take one month from the time you send them the money to receive the invitation. Well it took one month in my case after I sent them the money.
