yes, u can apply as the number of days outside UK is less than 180 days. for further reading, plz refer to UKBA website regarding new rules for ILR which is valid from 28th august 2013.

hi there, im going to apply for my ILR based on tier 1 general migrant this year in june. can u plz clearify that, the number of absences should be less than 180 days in 5 years as a whole or every year of this 5 year period should be less than 180 days?
