Thank you for the quick reply, do we need to submit father and mothers passport? Or Father passport is sufficent for registering child as BC using MN1 form?

On my passport spouse name is been added.

I am in slightly same situation but my visa expires in 2015 Mar, my wife had tier1 general dependent 2015 Mar she has arrived in UK this Feb 2014.
