Also you might want to do a SAR for the applicant who has multiple penalties.
https://www.acro.police.uk/subject_access.aspx

Ideally the applicant must get a 'No trace' found document which ensures that everything is clean.

Re: SET O New form Question about 12 L

This question has always been there IN SET(O) and even discussed in July 2013.
I guess it was previously under 11L and now moved to 12L.

ILR application is always based on the most recent payslip for Tier 2 general. The payslip must reflect that you are being paid at current salary level mapped for your SOC. As tier 2 general visa is closely monitored by UKBA they have access to your history and if the case worked thinks additional ...

Your application for extension can be made up to 28 days after end of your COS date. As you are making application 2 weeks before you don't need to bother about overstaying as technically you are awaiting the result of the application beyond 26th Oct.Hope this is clear to you. https://www.gov.uk ...

Last pay slip before applying for ILR must show a salary of 35k/12 or salary as per code of practise whichever is higher.

You require last one month payslip and corresponding bank statement. Salary at the time of applying must be 35k which means the salary before tax and deductions in your payslip must show 35000/12.

Re: MAC review of TIER 2 route

The bizarre salary increases are no longer an issue. As the minimum salary for ILR for Tier 2 is now fixed at £35K as of april 2016. The rule is that you need to be paid on par with the minimum salary for SOC code at the time of applying. This means if for Eg SOC 2136 has been raised to 45000 GBP ...

UKBA has stipulated minimum of 28 days and hence anything more than that is fine. The main thing you need to note is how the advert has been published. There must be an end date, job title, location, salary min and max range, job description(must conform to the SOC code) Screenshots must be taken ...

To my knowledge this wont affect your ILR application as you have started a new job within 60 days of curtailment.
This is also NOT considered as break in your employment. You are perfectly fine.

I don't think the letter needs to be recent(1 month before ILR Application). You can get it at the end of your employment.
