concluded definitely means visa issued

here is my mum timeline. interviewed on 27 oct at islamabad received email from abu dhabi to receive doc 29 oct received an email from ukba abudhabi 6th nov 2014 "concluded" received call from Gerry islambad: 10th nov mum went therw so I will update further please note that this is 3rd time her ...

I applied for my mother visit visa, she been to uk twi e before.and the response was always issued response but jow I got concluded remarks. can anyone here explain if theyget the same remark.

extension on flrm and biometric test

hi everyone.
just a quick qiestion please. I m applying for extension on fl as I have spent most of my flrm two years periods in abroad wothout my spouse. do I need to book new biometric test this time or would old one be fine as done two years ago.
