I got it as dependent spouse. By that time we were married for 6 years and had dependent visa for 3 years.

they have processed 1st week of january applications.

Hi Brad,
Hope we are not that far.. I have applied on 9th January.
It is taking 18 weeks on an average, so let's hope to get it back in a months time.

Thank you for the information.
Because, I have applied after 28/10/2013, I do not need to provide the original passport of my husband, photocopies of the entire passport is sufficient.
