I collected my passport today and alhamdullillah I got visa for 10 years. So that's proved whoever gets "resolved" email gets visa

I missed the collection call from Gerry's and they do not get the call back on that number? Anyone knows if they gonna give me call back or I should go to visa center?

Applied for family visitor on 16th May 2014 and received 'resolve' email on 10th June 2014 and still waiting for the call from visa center. will update you guys as soon I get the response.
