i need advice i got my ilr on 10 year bases and my wife got spouse visa . can i apply her ilr now .. because i applied her flrm before 6th april and home office issued her 2 year visa.. she is here from 4th april 2012 on tier one dependent... if she can... please anybody provide me a cover letter ...
