This is so tricky. I think I have to be bit careful. I was in Belgium during 12/05/03 to 16/05/03 and I am likely to be in Canada in first week of 05/08. I have to just time it right so when they receive the application all the dates make sense to themï

Yes its fine,

Make sure you take all the Workpermits with you, as I changed like 4 jobs and I was asked for all the workpermits. It would be beneficial to make a table with dates of all the changes with HO reference number.

One thing to keep in mind though is if the Company B is not treading for long time then it is possible that your WP will be initially approved by HO for only 1.5 Years and not 5 years so you will get another FLR stamp of a sorter period for new WP.

Hi,

I know, I would also like to do the same but as per HO she has to be on my WP dependent visa for more then two years before she can apply with me for SET (0).

At list that’s what HO told us twice. Can senior member please back me up on this...?
