Application sent June 10th.

I'm sure it'll be there waiting at home for me soon...
None of the 10th June applications seem to have processed. Did you apply as Tier G or BC spouse?
I applied as BC spouse

Re: NCS Date of application

My NCS held my application back. I'd booked the appointment with them on a day I'd been in the country, but they said that if they posted it and it arrived at HO on a day I hadn't been in, the application would be void. So yes, it's the day the HO receive the application, not the day you do the ...

Re: Can I apply for naturalization straight after Ilr as BC

Note that if you do NCS, it's not being in the country exactly 3 year before the date of the NCS appointment, it's the date the HO will receive the application from the NCS agent

Re: Continuous Period break for ILR under Tier1General

An update from me, on my case. I had significantly more than 180 days out of the country in 2011 and 2012 and was reluctant to waste money on an ILR application as I knew I had not maintained continuity and didn't expect that the Home Office would use discretion. My trips out of the country were to ...

Based either in central or south London. Please, if you're not here already I can't help you, but if you are in the UK already then feel ...

Re: Continuous Period break for ILR under Tier1General

Hi Tiger If I were you I would definitely wait until November and do it according to the rules as they're written. There is lots of hearsay about people being lucky and the caseworker making a decision on the spot in favour of the candidate but I haven't heard any recent reports of this so wouldn't ...

Re: ILR - premium service - Case moved to Senior Case worker

Hi Chincholi/Praveen,

Can you please let the board know what your next step was, after your application for ILR was refused?

Thanks!

Re: Continuous Period break for ILR under Tier1General

Hi Tiger, I'd be very interested to hear how you get on, although I think you will have trouble if you were out of the country more than 180 days between 14 August 2012 and 13 August 2013, or between 14 August 2013 and 13 August 2014. You'll need to double check those periods. The guidance is ...
