Thanks Just again confused with the dates. The Date of initial FLR(M) issue which is on the BRP Card is 18/04/2015 for 30 months. Date of extension was 14/10/2017 for further 30 months but the Card expiry date is 19/04/2020. My queries 1. Which date is taken as completion of 60 Months. is 18/04/2020 ...

Should I mention in a covering letter about missing to tell the change of name of my kid?
They have this in their records as they have issued a BRP card with the new name in it 30 months ago when it was changed.

Thanks Vinny. She is in PBS dependent visa on which she cameto the uk only 8months ago. Even if I apply for PBS grounds, after 3 years she need to renew her visa in PBS grounds which is 3 times as expensive Again. So i thouhht to go with two cheape renewal in 5 years, . Is this not spouse visa through FLR(m)
How different is this spouse visa from the one applied through Appendix FM.

This also says that you can amalgamate the PBS dependent visa period with the Spouse visa period towards the ILR.

She renewed her Tier 1 dependent status last on 20/06/2013. Both of us came to UK on Tier 2 on 7/7/2009 but changed to Tier1 general status On 23/03/2010 and this was valid initially till 23/03/2013. I have tge same issue. I have a daughter as well. So ive been asked to pay nearabout £4500 for three of us. The real amout comes near £3495(1493 for ILR +2002 FOR FLR M).
The system doesnt allow for separate visa type booking. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Are you referring to transitional arrangement for PBS migrants? It's given separately in section 3.2. I am at the moment Tier 1 visa holder.
