Re: Urgent answer needed on bank balance EEA2 FP application

This was not required to have a huge bank balance from my wife's side. She got her EEA FP super easy. However I did prove that our relationship is real and I am financially stable and I exercise my treaty rights. Plus she did her bit, which was a great presentation of all the evidences. Great team ...

Re: Residence card compulsory to apply for EEA family permit

Sorry man, I didn't want to be rude or anything like that. Please give me if you have any more information. I live without my wife and this is a quite desperate situation. But you were in living in the same country or not?

Re: Residence card compulsory to apply for EEA family permit

Then chaoclive your case is not applicable to us since I suppose you and your wife was in the same country. I have no chance to make a joint account at the moment. It seems to be. So does that sort of financial things count for EEA FP application or not? In practice I don't care about the law, I ...

Re: Residence card compulsory to apply for EEA family permit

It is ok. How can I have a joint account with my wife, if she is still in the Philippines? I would have a joint account if I can have.

Thanks

Re: Residence card compulsory to apply for EEA family permit

Dear Lencruz, My bank balance is stable in the Uk, her bank balance in the PHilippines didn't contain 50k since she wants to join me. My concern is the genuine of relationship. If her bank balance is not huge, I mean I didn't send huge money to her this time, only normal, then they might say, it is ...

Bank balance on my wife's account

Thanks, another question. Is there any requirement how much should be my wife's bank balance when she is applying to the FP? She has been told that it must be at least 50k peso. Obviously I trust in her and I love her, but at the moment I would not be so happy to send 50k peso to her account since ...

Re: Residence card compulsory to apply for EEA family permit

I have been told, that others tried to ignored this section where you need to provide the NRC number and if you don't write there anything you cannot go to the next step. But then this is not the case? Or maybe just from now? However it does say the NRC=National Registration Certificate is not a ...

Re: Resident Card

Thanks Manci,
It is a 40 pages document. Nice one. It says make sure the passport is signed. What does it mean that my passport must be signed?
I need to bring it to the post-office to authorise it?

Re: Resident Card

Thanks Manci for your reply. I know Registration certificate, but for that one I need one year full time paid employment. I don't have 1 year yet. I do have almost one year I think paid, or I have one year more than one year but not continuously one year as full time. However I can provide my ...

Re: Resident Card

Ta for your answer Vinny
One last question. Shall I validate my passport when I apply for the resident card? So what is the process?
Do I need a reference from my employer or the contract and bank statement is enough?

Re: EEA FP steps for beginner

If I apply for a resident card, can my wife apply with me. I mean can I apply for a resident card for her as well? And then she can just travel to the Uk with a resident card hehe without even a FP. Isn't it? I can provide my wife's ID card and marriage certificate, everything.
