thank you for the reply.
i havent still received any penalty note yet.. so at the point of applying i have no reference to state in the application right now.
After applying when i get the penalty note, do i need to call Home office to mention about it?

My initial tier 2 was issued in Feb-2010 , and an extension in 2012 December. My question is - am i eligible to make another extension or apply for a fresh CoS. ( I may not be eligible for PR due to a long absence during 2012)
Does the 6yrs cap affect me ?

have you been successful with breaking your absences ? did you manage to get an application date to suit your calculation.. what evidences did you submit
i have a similar situation with 178 days absence on two years.
