Applied in May 2014 and received 3 to 6 months letter in Feb 2015.

I thought if you apply for asylum once you arrive then it should not be an illegal entry?

What is the solicitor advising you to do now?

Also, at the time you applied this rule was not introduced, so how is this any fair?! they change the rules after you apply!
