I have received my biometric card on 11th of august but not my passport yet. I have filled the document return form as well but it has been over 10 days but yave not heard anything yet. Can anyone suggest me how i can get the passport back.

Can i not work Eventhough i applied before the curtailment date i.e before my visa expired.

My employers liscense got revoked n my visa was curtailed to end of may. I applied new visa change of employment with new sponsor on mid april but have not got a decision yet. Can i continue working with previous employer till i get my new decision.

I applied my tier 2 genersl change of employment on 21st of april. Biometrics on 5thof may but have got a letter from home office saying my application is complex and they need more time. Can you pls tell me how much time roughly do they take?

Today home office sent me a letter stating that my tier 2 change of employmènt application is complex so they will taķe more time to make a decision.
Will the decision come in my favour?
