I called the tribunal today and they said they still haven't heard from the home office which means my case is still getting reviewed. I guess anything can happen.

I think you need to check the expiry date of the English test and im not too sure about the tb test. She might have to get that done again

your case is now in a waiting list, and they have no idea where you are in that list no idea of when you will get your court date. they take your money every which they can and dont care! Its weird how nobody with feb deadline has got any updates from the home office. I think there are delays due to xmas and new year holidays being in the way. If anyone receives any kind of update please let us all know.
