I work for the nhs annual salary 16800.

My base is 1400 per month. I work 12 hour shifts day n night so i get paid unsocial hours on top of base. 2 nights and 1 sat and sun a month will be extra 250 a month for example.

My past 6 months payslips have all been 1550 +

yes he has his employer letter which states if he doesnt return to work within 6 months he will lose his house ( which his parents and younger sister live in) - i presume this is more than enough for them to know he will defo return. Google cat c delays you will see. They have over 7000 cases on hold for joining spouse family etc. Especially from pakistan india and Bangladesh

They're still processing May 2016. The website is wrong everyone who applied for Cat C visa after May 2015 hasn't had a decision.

I've been told by 2 separate solicitors that decision will be given end of August.

Ive been told by my solicitor the decision will be out end of august. We applies July 2015 still waiting. If your paperwork is strong they shouldn't have a reason to refuse.

The decision is due end of august according to my solicitor so not sure where you've heard that from
