Re: ILR Dependent Query

Thanks Seagul. I had doubt because it states that You must wait 7 days before taking the test again, but you can take the test as many times as you need to... Your intended dates do have 7 days of lapse. https://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?d1=11&m1=12&y1=2020&d2=18&...

I am providing financial support to her until she obtains her status in the UK. Highly likely that third party support would be accepted assuming she is unrelated to the family and is an adult now. Since she hasn't got her BRP card showing her actual status, but still by surmising, she wouldn't act...

Re: Long residency Paragraph 39E

Very useful article to read but immigration authorities from the very outset follow the same procedure where they communicate or raid the last known address. Apart of immigration matters, that has been a norm from ages in house of courts even for none-immigration related matters such as landlord vs ...

Re: Need help to know the exact date to submit ILR (set M) application

Thanks again. I m just bit worried about BRP, which expires on 8/3/21. My employer might ask for visa document in February. Once you apply for an ILR( set M), you will be on bridging visa ? Any link on that ? On submission of your application you will be covered by section 3C which will keep intact...

Re: Need help to know the exact date to submit ILR (set M) application

Many thanks for your reply seagul . Just wondering will it be an issue if I submit my application online by end of December (40 days earlier)? Will it be rejected ? Once you submit your application, UKBA sends link after 1 month to upload documents. If you wish then can do that because on submissio...

but her initial Application was under a settlement visa, so I am confused by answering the Family visa it could switch the Visa category.

You can add a covering letter that you are applying under 5 years of route.

One final question i have. Will there be any complications or questions asked when she enters UK again ? Just wanted to clarify incase of any entry refusal at the airport. Any suggestions ? No complications would be rather basic few questions . she wouldn't be denied entry only due to her absence.

There is really no set way to prove it other than simply replying accordingly, and attaching few evidences which you already have. Remember, all of these won't be impactful on the outcome.

For above (Set lr) you don't need any cohabitation evidence or anything named to any other family member rather just passports, BRP, LIUK & B1 English test etc at approved centre.
