any advices please?

I have sent original payslips from my spouse's employment and it was received and signed for on the 11th of may ,,,, the decision was made late june, wouldn't this be considered a reason for reconsideration?

If i appealed, Am i still permitted to work? will there be any proof of my eligibility?

my second application got refused with an entitlement for appeal, the grounds are : no answer from employer for the phone call made !!!!!!!!!!!!!! the employment contract was a photocopy and no bank stat. to prove the payments from employers, on 1 may i sent 4 recent payslips, and 4 months' payslips ...

What I know is that it's difficult to get passports back before the COA is issued, I also know that the premium service is not applicable for the EEA applications, this is only out of experience with my application or actually applications !!!
