Hi,
I read this article and was quite confused as I couldnt see any reference of such news on BIA UK's website. I think the consultation you have refered is for Tier-2/WP of skilled migrants only and not for Tier-1 or HSMP migrants.

Hi,
I am married and living with my wife its a proper large 1 bedroom flat with separate lounge.
Will that still be a problem as I have heard from my 2 of my friends that you just need to give council tax proof as your accommodation proof and 1 bed flat should be fine.

I agree with it. real estate and property are costly in London and suburbs, so do in US cities like NY, California, DC. Rest career in IT, you can make in UK also as they also practice best practices in IT and in all service industries like banking, telecom, retail etc.

Without UK experience its very unlikley that u will get a good job here. But even with such low salary agencies will doubt ur credibility and will not offer you job. With hsmp u need to take some risk, stay in uk and try for job or contract. u may find something good in 3-4 weeks of time.
