Re: Help! Can over 70's on visitor visa receive medical in the UK for free

Why did you not take out travel insurance for your father? You surely can’t expect British taxpayers to pay for a foreigner to have medical treatment? I’m actually disgusted by this. My parents always take out travel insurance when hey come here.

Re: Subject: Advice on UK Visitor Visa for my MIL — 3 months stay risks

It’s a risk applying for a three month visa. Usually a visit/holiday is two to three weeks. I would definitely advise against staying longer than originally stated if she wants to visit again in the future. The next visa could be refused due to this. That happened to my Mother. My advice is always t ...

Re: Visitor visa: staying more days than mentioned in the application form

You must be as honest as possible. Staying longer than you stated in the application may lead to a refusal. This happened to my husband’s Mother. The Home Office have all the records so it’s best not to be dishonest.

Re: Standard UK visitor visa for parents in law staying in India

Personally, I would caution you about lying about the length of the visit. My husband did that for his parents, and when they applied for a new visa a year later, it was refused due to them saying they were going to stay from 3 weeks, but stayed for 3 months. It’s a question of honesty. Just be a ...

You’ve applied for a fee waiver, yet are wanting to hide the £10,000 you’re getting. That is fraud.

eVisa is for holders of UK limited or indefinite leave to remain.
Visitor visas don’t give residency privileges.
So not required.
I think they’re talking about the new electronic visa for visitors.

Re: Non-UK National with British Children Seeking Entry Clearance to the UK

My understanding is that you would have to qualify for a visa in your own right to enter the U.K.
What are the ages of your children and what is your nationality?

Because you are a British citizen, you can no longer use the EU route since Brexit. You have to apply for the Adult dependent route, which is almost impossible to get.

You haven’t responded about her health issues. Has she been paying for any Doctors, hospitals, medication? As she has been here illegally, she does not qualify for free NHS. She will be judged for this.

I intend to apply for EUSS family permit visa for my mother. Is she not eligible for this?
Thanks
You have already been told above that she is not eligible for this route. That route closed 4 years ago when Brexit happened.

Re: FLR(M) extension - can we use a Travel document instead of a Valid Passport

Hi, I am a British Citizen since 2018. My wife and 2 sons initially came over on a PBS visa in May 2019. My wife and 2 sons then applied and got the Family visa in 2022. (Our PBS route was closed) They are due for an extension in end of this year FLR (M). My sons' passports are expiring soon and ...

You can’t just take your son with you to live with you. He will need a visa to reside in the U.K. You will have to apply for this beforehand.

You will have to submit your German passport as proof, and yes, they will check. You could be jailed for immigration fraud.

So, the person claimed asylum, yet wants to go back to the country that they fled because they were in danger there? Make that make sense. I hope Immigration Officials are watching for that. who said the person in question fled Pakistan? They stated they claimed asylum and have a Pakistan ID card?

Re: Visa options for parents

You should be aware that if you apply for an Adult Dependent Visa for your parents, it will close the door on future visit visas because that will indicate that they do not have strong ties to the home country. As stated above, AD visa only has a 6% chance of success.
