Thank you for this link, Obie. So I'm going to resubmit the application and pay using the overdraft. I just hope nothing goes wrong there. Just worried that the application will be rejected sighting lateness. I know that HO will use anything to reject applications so just trying to get my tracks ...

FLR(O) isn't for discretionary leave and therefore has no fee waiver. Is this the application you submitted? Thank you for your response Casa. Yes, this is the form I used as I had a look on gov.uk and this was the appropriate form to apply for extension of stay outside the rules. It said somewhere ...
