Has anyone applied for OCI based on spouse?

If so, please can anyone advise how long you had to wait till the status got "Processed"?

I think if applying for yourself, it takes usual 6-8 weeks, not sure if that's the same time frame based on spouse.

I think the OCIs are getting more delayed because, thanks to the PM Mr Modi, he announced that any PIO card holders can convert to OCI, with a deadline extended now to end of this year, New Year's week.
