Registered for what ? He lived in germany for whole life mean he is registered

He is not moving his taxes back to germany he is just claiming german state pension not claiming anything from uk.his tax is still continually going to uk tax department.he didn't claim pension in uk because he is not eligible for uk pension.

Hi I won my apeal as extended family member last month 23rd jullu and I got decision 31st July and home office didn't challenge the division in 14 days.
My solicitor told me they will send me grant letter and card and it will take 4 to 6 weeks.

I was refunded by FTT when they didnot heard my case because of SALA then UT send me back to FTT but no fees was asked.

U was lucky because they didn't five me refund
