Hi, I just got FP approved under Surinder Singh route route from irl. Next step is to Eu settlement scheme I believe. Do British Citizen need to show he/she is working to show they are qualified on their return to the UK when making application for pre-settled status? Please advise. Not in the UK ...

Yes. Issued in late 2017 under the 2016 EEA Regulations.

All documents and passport returned and pre-settled status granted. Exactly 7 weeks to the day since submitting our application.
