It would have probably been better for you and your dad to have had seperate tenancy agreements (i.e you renting a room in the house and your dad renting a number of rooms) However why dont you cover all scenarios? My sister in laws visa was granted today. Submited to Mirpur on 18 oct, unable to track application as it would not work however recieved phone call yesterday and picked up passport today. Visa stamped 9 Nov.

How to present documents?

Hi All

My brother is about to send an application to sponsor his wife to come to to the Uk on a Spouse Visa from Pakistan.

Can anyone advise one what the best way to present the documents is? Display folder, a file etc?

Thank you f2k - its such a relief. I got the invitation letter so should aim to book it tomrow.

Hopefully this expensive journey from spouse visa to ilr to british citizenship will come to end.

From your post it seems that the documents you have submitted may be sufficient - but i am the last person to advise you on that!

Like you i dont have many documents for the first 7 months, not applying till jan 09. Keep us posted on how you get on
