HSMP dependent visa to Tier 1 visa

I am holding a HSMP dependent visa which expires early 2009, for some reason, I would like to apply for it myself instead of going through my partner - by that I mean my partner will get tier 1 dependent visa.

Any idea whether this is possible given that all the requirements in Tier 1 visa are met?

After EC - open UK bank account

Hi there
I need your advice on opening a UK bank account.

As I am going with my partner, do we need to have separate bank accounts or can we just share a single joint account? I am not sure whether there are any implications or issues/concerns in using a single joint account.

Thanks

Not submitting payslips, what reason to give?

Hi Guys

My company delivers payslips through email, due the the space limit, I deleted some of my payslips, in that case I couldn't get all payslips for the claimed period. What explanation and evidence is needed in this case?

Thanks

You can send a fresh application and this time provide a letter from your employer supporting your reason (i.e. explaining the server issue and that's why they cannot provide you with the payslips). Would you please explain why your first application was rejected? After the second refusal, I am ...

Sorry to hear about your rejection. I know how frustrating this can be! I do not recommend a review in your case because evidence supporting your reason for requesting exceptional consideration is missing in your application and you cannot submit new evidence with the review. What can I do then, I ...
