Her visa expires in October, we have the savings required but we would rather not wait for that to become valid because she would like to apply to some Universities before then. She has been in the UK for 4years. I don't see any information relating to the requirement of 6 months payslips when ...

How is it possible to provide 6 months of payslips if I've only been consistently working for 1 month. That sounds like a ridiculously stupid requirement for cat b.

That's true, in this case if the applicant currently has a Tier 4 Student visa with a work entitlement (usually 20 hours p/w in term time) then, from what I understand. The income can be combined, which definitely puts current tier 4 students seeking to get a spouse visa in a good position. :D As ...

But I am applying through Cat B. I don't have 6 concurrent month payslips as I've not been employed for 6 months.
