sorry not NI, but Health Service, but just found the information that for ILR there is no payment

Perfect! Thank you very much for this. The application itself is 2,300 GBP so not a cheap exercise.

I guess the only other thing to arrange is the fee for the NI contributions. Am I correct?

Could you please also let me know whether both Life in the UK and English tests are required? My mother is a qualified teacher of English with over 30 years of experience, but is retired and was qualified abroad. She is 64.
