Hi Further down the form, found more questions: 6. Have you been refused entry to the UK in the last 10 years (for example at a UK airport or seaport)? He was here and asked to leave, so the answer should be 'No'. I am not sure the word 'refused entry' is meant for a physical action or an ...

Hi CR001, Thank you so much for your immediate reply. My son didn't have any VISA prior to the failed ILR application. Does that affect the other answers? Thank you for the link. On my wife's current BRP card valid until 21-Jul-2019 it says PBS DEPENDANT LEAVE TO REMAIN, same as her previous one ...
