This is what the guidance says

All evidence must be dated no more than one month before the application is submitted.

Did you send your application by post or courier 'coz if it was thru courier then the date the appln reaches HO is the appln date.

The success rate of In-Country applicants is much higher than that of the ones from outside. The fact remains that HSMP Extn and switiching of any sort means earnings documents will be UK docs (in most ocassions). Hence the chances of rejectiion is less. Can you please clarify the below.

You have mentioned that your income tax return covered only 4 months out of the total earnings period. Did you tick the box for Question 33 in the application form 'Income Tax return covering period claimed for'?
