Has anyone got their extension at a PEO without showing their degree again? I submitted mine in my original HSMP application and don't want to bring it again.

Is this ok?

Can you shed some more light on what happened?

Did you take your degree with you? The rules state it doesn't need to be submitted again.

I'm booked in for June @ Croydon - can someone confirm that we don't need to show the degree again? From what I've heard, they ask for it despite the guidance notes saying it isn't necessary.

Cheers

Can anyone else confirm that you need to show the degree again?

I've sent mine back home thinking I surely won't need it again

Hi, I am also switching from HSMP to Tier 1 and my leave runs out in July.

For the in person application, do we need to fill out the forms ourselves or do they do it for us?

I also assume I don't need to show my degree again as it was submitted with my original HSMP?

Many thanks!

My cred card was debited on the 20th June and I'm still waiting. I'm hoping there aren't delays as I need my passport in a few weeks. :(

I believe Chinn is right. The way I see it, as long as your FLR-HSMP application has been rec'd by their office, you can stay under this law: SECTIONS 3C AND 3D OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT 1971 SECTION 5 (AS AMENDED) 1. INTRODUCTION It is often not possible to decide an application for an extension of ...

P60's aren't required to be sent out until the end of May by law.
My current visa is also ticking down hence the reason I need to apply ASAP.

You have me worried now :(

After numerous emails with HR, I still can't get a P60 produced this month due to some sort of problem with the payroll system so that means no ITR. I can get them to produce a statement of earnings & a letter saying why they can't give me a P60 yet. I will also submit bank statements, letter of ...
