Re: Naturalisation approval letter not reaching the recipient - NEW UKVCAS online system

Simply ask them if they have received your details and certificate from HO as you are concerned that the approval letter has been lost. Note also that if you were approved, you would have received a separate ceremony invitation letter. If you have received nothing, then the likelihood is that your ...

Re: Naturalisation approval letter not reaching the recipient - NEW UKVCAS online system

Nothing has changed in regards to the processing and times for naturalisation. It is only the application method that has changed. You need to contact ho. Ukcvas has nothing to do with outcomes and are not ho staff Assuming your application was approved, have you thought to contact the council yet ...

Re: Naturalisation approval letter not reach the recipient - NEW UKVCAS online system

Ukcvas is only a third party agent. They have no influence or access to your application. That remains solely with HO and you need to contact HO for information. Approvals can also take more than 6 months. Some members have been waiting for more than a year, one waiting member since 2016. Thank you ...

Re: Documents for Naturalisation

The date you submit and pay online is the date of application so do not apply too early. In regards to the appointment with UKVCAS, can I book that in advance? So if I am submitting my application on 1st of March, can I book an appointment with UKVCAS centres for 2nd of March in advance, as I have ...

Re: Documents for Naturalisation

The date you submit and pay online is the date of application so do not apply too early. Just one more questions. I was reading on some other boards that they provided letters from their referee with their signatures on them!! Is that a requirement? Or providing their details on the application ...

Re: Documents for Naturalisation

There is no requirement to be physically present 12 months before you apply so not sure why you think this is the case. You merely have to have held ILR for 12 months and meet the absence limit within that 12 months. Oh sorry for the confusion I made. What I meant was that I had 2 months absence ...

Re: Documents for Naturalisation

Thank you for your quick respond. In my situation on 1st of March it will be about 14 months after my ILR issue date. However I was not in the UK for couple of months since I got my ILR, and on 1st of March 2019 I will be eligible to apply for naturalisation according to my calculations. I want to ...
