Forge to tell,
I contacted the HSMP here in UK and they told me you need to ask your employer to write a letter on headed paper (and sealed) stating that there was an error in the pays lips and P60, as simple as that

If you are good enough, I recommend you come to London and stay for two weeks, before you come try to arrange for some interviews.
a friend of mine did that and he find employer who could issue work permit for him.

You can apply for HSBC passport account, it is very easy, but they need a letter from your home country HSBC branch (you need to have account in HSBC in your country)
I did that and it was very easy process.

I think the same issues became a nightmare. I aslo noticed today that my fisrt name on my transcript is different from the name on my passport
