I see. There are many complexities in this matter. It is hard to give a straight answer. All i know is, there is a right under EU law, if you are the primary carer of an EU child, whose father was a former Migrant worker. Am confused at the moment I don't know what to do. thanks for ur response ...

The problem is that my solicitor demanded for more money before he can lodge an appeal and, i don't have a enough found to cover the solicitor fees to lodge an appeal again, and he say the chance are 50&50. Any other ideas from you please

Your solicitor is right, since the DNA text you don't have grounds on eea basis and it might affect your case. Your daughter is over 7 years and on human rights ground she shouldn't be forced to go out and live in another country. I am not sure if you can win this appeal but I am sure that you have ...
