One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing. It also includes the Managing director of a VAT registered company, on the list of acceptable professionals.

The other referee should a british citizen who is either a professional or aged over 25.

Yes, you can apply via NCS on 11th May 2008, if you were present in the UK exactly 5 years back in the period from 11th May 2003 until the BIA actually receives the application for consideration, which could take a few days.

On the AN form, which office address & tax office should I put in? The one in London or the one in scotland?

Can my former manager who has known me for 3 years be a naturalisation referee? And can my family doctor G.P. be a professional referee? They have know me atleast 3 years but professionally.
