how many SET (O) forms needs to fill?

I am applying for ILR along with 1 dependant (wife). Do I need to fill just one set (o) form OR 2 separate set (o) forms, one for me and other for dependant? I am on tier1 general visa.

Hi, I applied for EC on 25th Feb 2008 at VFS, Pune.....
Checking the status through vfs-uk-co.in...its showing status as "Application forwarded to BHC on 25th Feb 2008".

don't know how many days it will take?

Hi, I have applied for EC on 25th Feb 2008 at Pune, I am checking the status on vfs-uk.co.in...but it is saying the application is forwarded to BHC.
How to know the Integra status? what's the BHC phone no?
