Unfortunately no. I'm an EU citizen. I didn't even use my passport to travel.

Either state to the best of ur knowledge and hope for the best or ask HMRC for ur employment history and if ur a non EU immigrant request a SAR Asking HMRC will indeed solve my second issue.
