I just wrote OPT OUT XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX in the subject line & wrote "I want to opt out of the IDV app" in the body of the email. I hope it is ok.

Here is my personal opinion - If you need visa urgently, better to opt out of IDV app.
