i have apllied hsmp last year aand got positive approval but cannot applied for EC due to my father death. it has been now one year.

now i want to start again this process. kindly guide me what to do.

ITR is not must if you did not attched it with your hsmp as proof of earnings but there is no risk to attach it with EC application. i think we should provide all documents that we have claimed in hsmp. 2. your job salary is not must show in your account but i really heard few ...

your qualification is equal to UK bachelor. you can claim marks for bachelor qualification.

Jd is right.You can't claim english language Proficiency with these 2 degrees. you can only claim it if your bachelor degree is 3years or 4 in my opinion . they consider only bachelor degree medium of instruction.

do not take risk you should Better to go for IELTS.

you can only prove medium of instruction letter if your bachelor degree duration either 3 or 4 years. they dont considered master degree duration.
