When was the fee debited and what is ur reference no?

Yesterday night, i called to HO, and officer is regretting to give the status and with long conversation, i came to know that my application (i.e dt 18-Feb ref no 251xxx) , still in progress.. Not sure, looks like they are retain the Indian citizen applications. Any comments on this

Can i submit original Bank passbook for Salary evidence rather the bank
statement. Because request for retrieval of historical bank statement
is time taken here, it's about 7 to 10 workday and service charge is
bit expensive.
