My husband has ILR and my daughter (7 yr. old) and myself are on the 2-year probationary period....

My query is :?: - Can my husband claim ' child benefit ' for our daughter ?

Our FLR(m) application has been granted....
we received it this afternoon :)
we sent it on 11th.Feb,2008.
....really, did'nt expect it so soon :D (took only 3 weeks to process)

SUCCESS !!!

My FLR(M) application has been successful
I recieved it today, it just took 3 weeks!!!!
Honestly, never expected it so quick...

I've sent FLR(m) form about 3 weeks ago....
I guess it takes about 6-8 weeks to process :roll:

BTW

1. I am still with the same employer and same job, for which the work permit was granted.......

2. was my understanding incorrect here - once LTR is granted it will remain valid until the expiry date, unless HO cancels it in writing?

Hello

The Guidance Notes for SET(O) form does not say that SET(O) and FLR(m) forms should be submitted together or at the same time for ILR applicants based on long stay in U.K.(10 years) ????????

Will our application form be successful? Totally impossible to say. That will depend upon the information on the form, and the supporting evidence.
