You are correct about the relilable government website. They refer to "construction and use" offences but in practice they treat it as an offence, which I was emphasizing on. Please read the guidance notes & you will you will find it. Hi there, It doesn't say anywhere that you can only apply 6 weeks until your Visa Expires.
